Since 2024, I’ve served as Executive Director of Destination Salem, a 501(c)6 nonprofit and the official destination marketing organization for the City of Salem, which supports over $140 million in annual visitor spending in one of the most internationally recognized small cities in the U.S. I’ve led the organization into a new era of growth by reversing financial losses, modernizing operations, and setting new revenue records across advertising, digital, and retail channels.
Previously, I founded and ran Always Fits, a $10M/year direct-to-consumer gift brand ranked in the top 1% of Shopify stores. I managed the P&L and led all aspects of the business—creative, operational, and financial. Known for its distinctive voice and cult customer following, the brand earned over 1,000 media placements and became a go-to gift source in a crowded marketplace.
I’m drawn to leadership that creates momentum, strengthens infrastructure, and leaves the organization stronger than I found it. I like building systems that work, teams that thrive, and brands that resonate. I’m motivated by complexity and committed to making things work better.
I serve as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for The Salem Pantry, which provides convenient access to fresh, free, healthy food across the North Shore of Massachusetts. I was also appointed to the Salem Board of Trust Fund Commissioners for a 16-year term by Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll.
