I bootstrapped my own online gift shop to $10 million in annual sales, and now I help clients who, simply put, want more revenue from their online shop.

I specialize in monthly consulting services tailored to brands falling into one of these three categories:
• Mom-and-pop brick-and-mortar shops looking to capitalize on their foot traffic and convert in-person visitors into future online sales.
• Wholesalers and independent makers seeking to establish or expand their direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue.
• Emerging e-commerce brands (under $5M in annual revenue) in need of ongoing ecommerce strategy without the overhead of a full-time, in-house manager.
I offer a streamlined, straight forward coaching model. We’ll speak monthly or bi-monthly, depending on your retainer. We can’t go fishing with a hole in your net, so we’ll likely start with crafting automations that are always working for you in the background, bringing in conversions that you don’t even have to think about.
From there, always guided by the objective of increasing online sales, I will tailor our efforts to meet your specific needs. This may involve driving omnichannel acquisitions; creating an email and SMS marketing calendar; developing promotional campaigns, core events, and product launches; and crafting strategies to increase email signups. I may help hone your brand voice and visual identity; merchandise the website to maximize conversions; analyze website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior; and/or evaluate the online customer journey to identify and resolve friction points. We might establish scalable online order fulfillment processes or review pricing and stock strategies for scalable margins, including free shipping thresholds and shipping costs. I’ll help wherever I’m needed with third-party technology and marketing partners, as well as creative consultants such as graphic designers or photographers. Ultimately, we'll focus on what is most needed to achieve your goals.
